Bonus credit is a reward you can receive when you successfully refer a friend to Timeless. Once your friend joins via your unique referral link and purchases fractions, the bonus will be credited to your account.
This is how you find your bonus balance:
Go to the Settings tab.
Click on Referrals & Credits.
Please note that the bonus can be applied to fees only.
How long is my bonus credit valid?
Your bonus credit is valid for a period of 30 days after it has been credited.
What happens if my bonus balance is not used after 30 days?
If you do not use your bonus credit within the validity period, it will automatically expire. Please note that we cannot extend or refund the bonus credit after the expiry date.
Can I transfer my bonus balance to other users?
No, bonus credits are not transferable and can only be used by yourself on your Timeless account.
Can I withdraw my bonus balance in cash?
No, bonus credits cannot be paid out in cash.
