You can verify yourself free of charge in the app.
What you need:
Identity card or passport.
Smartphone with camera and microphone.
A stable internet connection.
This is how you verify yourself:
Go to the Settings tab.
Click on My Account.
Click Verify Account and follow the instructions.
The check takes a few minutes but may take a little longer in individual cases. If you encounter any problems, please contact our support team.
