Why was my credit card declined?

Due to a large number of payments, we cannot tell you exactly why your payment failed. The most common reasons for a failed deposit are:

  • Error entering the card number, expiry date, or CVV number.

  • Your credit card has insufficient funds or has reached its limit.

  • Your credit card is not activated or blocked.

  • Your credit card provider blocks the credit card transaction.

  • We do not yet accept your card Please wait a few minutes before trying to repurchase fractions. Please try another credit card or payment method if it is still not possible.

  • Our payment service provider does not accept your credit card provider.
