Why was my photo/video not recognized?

For our verification partner to be able to check your ID, the photo/video must be of good quality.

Therefore, please follow the following instructions:

  • Make sure that your room well-lit.

  • Make sure that the photo/video is in focus.

  • Hold the ID card in such a way that your fingers do not cover the writing.

  • Make sure that there are no reflections on the ID card/video.

  • The ID card must not be damaged or expired.
